About the Role Island County is looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead their Public Works team through the full lifecycle of transportation infrastructure projects — from conception through design, permitting, and construction. You'll manage a skilled team, coordinate with federal and state agencies, oversee budgets and grants, and be a key voice in shaping how Whidbey Island's roads and infrastructure serve its community for generations.
