Tom and Jacki have been welcoming guests here for 23 years and this summer they're looking for someone to join them. You'll help prepare and deliver breakfast to cottage doors, tend the gardens, welcome guests and be part of something genuinely special. No innkeeping experience required — just warmth, reliability and curiosity. Pay is $25/hr.
Coffee at Dawn — Cook Tucked in the woods next to Mukilteo Coffee Roasters, Coffee at Dawn is a community gathering spot — beautiful, unhurried and full of good coffee and satisfying food. They're looking for a cook who is curious, positive and service-minded. No professional kitchen background required — they will train you. If you've ever wondered what it might be like to work in a café kitchen, this is a beautiful place to find out. Pay is $18/hr plus pooled tips, bringing effective pay to $28–$31/hr.
Salinity Seafood & More — Retail & Events Assistant If you've ever wanted a job that feels nothing like a job, this might be it. Salinity is an online and in-person shop at Bayview Corner in Langley — oysters, local snacks, products from 85 small PNW businesses and a team that describes themselves as united by "the love of oysters, environmental conservation and really tasty snacks." They'll even teach you how to shuck. They want creative, curious people who like connecting with others. Pay is $20/hr plus a 25% staff discount.
