High school diploma or GED and 2 years related experience required — higher education in human services or 5 years experience preferred
Experience in domestic violence or sexual assault advocacy preferred
Valid driver's license, auto insurance and reliable vehicle preferred
Must pass criminal background check
Completion of 20 hours DV and 30 hours sexual assault Core Services training required — can be completed upon hire
Rotating crisis line duty including evenings and weekends required
Schedule is Monday–Thursday 12:30–5:00pm — not flexible

About the Role CADA has been serving Island County survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault for over 40 years. They're looking for a compassionate, dependable Advocate to provide direct services to survivors — legal and medical advocacy, crisis intervention, safety planning, case management, protection order assistance and community outreach. You'll carry a rotating crisis line phone and provide remote hospital response as needed outside regular hours. A deeply meaningful role for someone committed to walking alongside survivors and contributing to a collaborative, mission-driven team.
