About the Role Skagit Valley College is looking for a Program Assistant to serve as the welcoming first point of contact for students and visitors at their Whidbey Island Campus in Oak Harbor. You'll provide front counter customer service, support admissions and enrollment activities, assist with appointment scheduling, coordinate New Student Registration events, manage the admissions email inbox, maintain student records in accordance with FERPA and connect students with the right resources and departments. A people-centered administrative role for someone committed to student success in a supportive community college environment.
