About the Role Matt's Import Haven in Freeland is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Parts & Customer Service Specialist to be the vital link between their service technicians, advisors and customers. You'll source and supply parts, manage inventory, process repair orders, schedule appointments, handle customer communications and help keep vehicles on the road for the Whidbey Island community. A well-rounded role with excellent benefits at a community-focused local auto shop.
