Certified Behavior Technician (CBT) Steps | Whidbey Island, WA Part-Time to Full-Time | Permanent | On-Site | Monday–Friday

Valid WA State Certified Behavior Technician (CBT) credential required — or willing to obtain before start date
Experience working with children ages 1–6 required
Experience with autism preferred but not required
First Aid, Infant/Child CPR and HIV/AIDS training required

About the Role Steps has been supporting children with developmental delays and disabilities on Whidbey Island since 1985. They're looking for a Certified Behavior Technician to work with children ages 1–6 using Applied Behavior Analysis in home and community settings. You'll help young children build skills within the routines and relationships that matter most — with specialized training and a collaborative team behind you every step of the way. A meaningful role with real career development support at a nonprofit that genuinely invests in its staff.
