- 1 year medical front office experience required
- Hospital billing experience preferred
- Certified Revenue Cycle Specialist (CRCS) or Certified Healthcare Access Associate (CHAA) certification preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance billing practices required
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills required

About the Role WhidbeyHealth is looking for a Patient Financial Services Representative to support the financial side of patient care in Coupeville. Depending on assignment you'll coordinate patient referrals and follow up care, verify insurance eligibility and benefits, provide financial counseling to patients navigating self-pay accounts and handle billing and collections for insurance and self-pay accounts. A detail-oriented, people-focused role for someone who is organized, professional and genuinely wants to help patients navigate the financial side of their care.
