Associate degree from accredited PTA program required
Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred

About the Role NorthSound Physical Therapy is a locally owned outpatient practice looking for a Physical Therapist Assistant to join their Oak Harbor clinic. You'll assist the physical therapist in implementing individualized treatment plans, conduct exercises and therapeutic activities, observe and document patient progress, collaborate with the PT team on plan modifications and provide encouragement and support throughout each patient's rehabilitation. A collaborative, patient-centered role with a schedule that gives you four days off every week — ideal for a new grad looking for mentorship or an experienced PTA ready for better work-life balance.
