Minimum 2 years customer service, hospitality or front of house experience required
MAST certification required — or ability to obtain before start
Food Handler's Permit required — or ability to obtain before start
Available evenings, weekends and holidays based on event schedule
Comfortable speaking in front of large groups
Able to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods

About the Role Whidbey Island Center for the Arts is looking for a Bartender and House Manager to support the patron experience across bar service and front of house operations. On any given shift you'll either be behind the bar — preparing and serving beer, wine and cocktails, processing transactions and training bar volunteers — or stepping in as House Manager, greeting patrons, coordinating with stage management, managing patron flow and ensuring a safe and welcoming environment.
