Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather
Reliable and ready to contribute every day
Previous recycling, warehouse or general labor experience a plus — full training provided

About the Role MCS Recycling LLC in Freeland is looking for a reliable, hardworking Laborer to join their team. As a Laborer you'll be a vital part of their mission to keep recyclable materials out of landfills — work that directly conserves natural resources, reduces pollution, and supports a circular economy.

Your days will be active and purposeful — sorting recyclable materials, operating balers and compactors, inspecting incoming loads, loading and unloading trucks and keeping the facility clean and running smoothly. No experience necessary — full training is provided.
