5+ years commercial building maintenance experience required
Knowledge of HVAC, mechanical, electrical, carpentry, low pressure boilers, pool systems and vehicle fleet required
Must complete Certified Pool Operator, Asbestos Worker, EPA Lead Renovator and EPA Mold Course certifications within 90 days of hire
Able to lift 50 lbs and work at heights up to 32 feet
On-call rotation required

About the Role YMCA Camp Casey has been a gathering place on Whidbey Island for nearly 70 years and is now entering an exciting new chapter under YMCA leadership. They're looking for an experienced Facilities Maintenance Technician to keep the camp running smoothly year-round.

You'll handle preventative and corrective maintenance across buildings and grounds, manage pool and pool equipment, oversee the vehicle fleet, coordinate outside contractors and ensure the property is safe and compliant for members, staff and visitors. A hands-on, varied role with real responsibility at one of the Island's most beloved properties.
