About the Role NW Natural Water is hiring up to five Water Operators at their Coupeville location across three levels — Technician, Operator 1 and Operator 2. You'll install and repair water mains, hydrants, valves and service lines, locate and repair leaks, take water samples, operate service vehicles, perform maintenance on water and wastewater facilities and respond to emergency service calls as part of an on-call rotation. Entry level candidates are welcome — required certifications can be obtained within your first year. A stable, outdoor, physically active role with a well-established utility company serving the Whidbey Island community.
