About the Role South Whidbey Parks and Recreation District is looking for a Human Resources Manager to create and lead a new HR Division from scratch. You'll develop and implement HR programs, policies and procedures, manage recruitment and onboarding, oversee risk management, administer benefits and payroll, research compensation standards and ensure compliance with labor laws. A senior leadership role for an experienced HR professional ready to build something meaningful at the heart of South Whidbey's community recreation organization.
