FAA Commercial Helicopter Certificate with Instrument Helicopter Rating required
FAA second-class flight physical is required and must be maintained
2,000 hours total flight time required
1,500 hours as Pilot in Command required
1,000 hours of rotor-wing turbine time required
75 instrument hours with at least 50 hours in an aircraft are required
100 hours of unaided nighttime required
Valid driver's license and insurable vehicle required
5 years of professional pilot experience preferred
NVG and air medical transportation experience preferred

About the Role: Life Flight Network is one of the country's most prominent nonprofit air ambulance organizations, and their Coupeville base is looking for an IFR Rotor Wing Pilot to join their team. Flying a Bell 429, you'll be responsible for safely operating aircraft to facilitate care of critically ill and injured patients — performing pre and post-flight inspections, planning flights, analyzing weather conditions, and maintaining logs and records. You'll work varied shifts including days, nights, weekends and holidays on a 7/7 schedule.
