Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field required
Minimum 5 years payroll experience including payroll processing and accounting required
2+ years experience in a unionized environment required
2–3 years supervisory or management experience preferred
UKG or similar automated payroll system experience strongly preferred
Healthcare payroll experience preferred

About the Role WhidbeyHealth is looking for a Payroll Manager to oversee all payroll operations for the Hospital District in Coupeville. You'll manage accurate and timely payroll processing for all employees, serve as the business owner for the UKG payroll platform, interpret and apply collective bargaining agreements, oversee HSA and FSA administration, coordinate year-end processing and W-2 preparation, supervise payroll staff and collaborate closely with HR, Finance and IT to ensure seamless payroll operations. A senior finance leadership role for an experienced payroll professional ready to make a meaningful impact at the heart of Island healthcare.
