About the Role The Whidbey Camano Land Trust is looking for a strategic, relationship-centered Development Director to lead all aspects of their fundraising program — from annual giving and major gifts to planned giving and campaign coordination. You'll manage a major donor portfolio, support and mentor the development team, partner with the Board, and help diversify revenue streams to ensure the Land Trust can protect Whidbey and Camano Islands for generations to come.
