About the Role: Island Senior Resources has been serving older adults, adults with disabilities, caregivers, and families throughout Island County for more than 50 years. With 57 employees, 219 volunteers, annual revenue of $3.7 million, and more than 10,000 individuals served each year, ISR is the backbone of senior services on Whidbey Island and beyond.

The Board of Directors is looking for an Executive Director to lead with vision, integrity, and deep commitment to the mission. You'll be accountable for the overall leadership, management, and strategic direction of the organization — cultivating relationships with community partners, government agencies, and funding sources, overseeing resource development, and ensuring ISR's programs remain relevant, scalable, and financially sound. As ISR's principal representative in the community, you'll attend events, partner meetings, and fundraisers across Island County, championing the people and the mission at every turn.
