Valid Washington State driver's license required
Water Distribution, Water Treatment Plant Operator, Wastewater Treatment Plant Operator or Cross Connection Specialist certification preferred — Level 1 must be obtained within 1 year of hire

About the Role NW Natural Water is looking for up to two Operations Supervisors to manage day-to-day water utility operations in Coupeville. You'll schedule and oversee field operators and technicians, ensure drinking water compliance requirements are met, keep all operating manuals and emergency response plans current, dispatch after-hours emergency responses and develop your operations team through training and certification.

A senior field leadership role for an experienced utility professional who can respond quickly when it matters and wants stable, meaningful work on Whidbey Island.
