Water Distribution Manager 2 (WDM 2) certification required
Water Treatment Plant Operator 2 (WTPO 2) certification required
Cross Connection Specialist (CCS) certification required

Valid Washington State driver's license required

About the Role NW Natural Water is looking for an Operations Supervisor to serve as the Operator of Record for their water treatment and distribution systems in Coupeville. You'll provide direct leadership and technical oversight to field operators and technicians, ensure full regulatory compliance with WA DOH and federal requirements, manage emergency response, maintain all required documentation including O&M manuals and sampling plans and coordinate with contractors and regulatory agencies. A senior leadership role for an experienced water utility professional.
